Mannn you should listen to t rex and also the albums he did before when they were called tyrannosaurus rex (it's more folk but I love that) just some like, super ahead of it's time almost like indie bedroom indie rock it's great

Like I play mostly clean tones but mannn sometimes that thick tone works so good
Also crunch works so well with it, I freakig love marc bolan's tone on early t rex albums

I'm so weirddddd about bass tho
I love how it sounds but ergonomically i'm not a fan of playing the bass
I'm still a guitar boy at heart but gotta have a cool bassline when making a song :)))

Favorite bassline is sympathy for the devil (played by a guitarist lol go figure)

I've got a telecaster which i'm crazy about it sounds so goodddd
But also I keep hearing recordings made with a les paul and it sounds so smooothhh I want one

I bought a new bass recently it's lovely :)))))
