Anyway what brings this to mind is I want to make a wearable pincushion so I looked up how to make a pincushion and the answer is it’s literally a tiny pillow. So. I don’t actually need a tutorial.

Another time I was like “Mom I want to make a quilt!” And she was like “uhhh how big? How about I just teach you the basics?” And then we made a quilt that was like 1 foot by 1.5 feet. I had it on my dresser as a decor item until I moved out.

I was homeschooled so a sometimes my mom was like “let’s do a sewing project!” And one of those times she taught me how to make a pillow.

Once I left the closet door open by mistake and be settled himself in there and we couldn’t find him for like thirty minutes and were freaking out. Then we look in the closet and he’s just chilling on top of a pile of sweaters on the floor. Practically smirking at me. Absurd.
