This week is National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. Eating disorders remain widely misunderstood and underdiagnosed, especially in marginalized communities. The CHANGE Lab is committed to awareness, open conversations, and continued advocacy for accessible, culturally responsive care for all.

The CHANGE Lab also wishes our Christian community a blessed Ash Wednesday and beginning of Lent. We hope your holy season is fulfilling, reflective, and peaceful!
