Howdy everyone! Applications for our 2026 Artist Alley are now live! Log on to our registration portal at reg.scotiacon.org.uk where you will find the new application form available for you to complete. Make sure you complete this by October 13th to be considered for a spot!

Our Events team will review all pitches and let you know if yours has been chosen to be part of our convention. Applications will close on Sunday October 26th, so don't hold your horses! Send us your pitch and maybe you'll join us on stage (or in a panel room) in February!

The Artist Alley is a great option for those who perhaps haven't dealt at a convention before or only have a limited display. You'll be allocated a day slot at a table and you can stay as long as you like within the Alley opening hours.

Hey folks! Applications for Artist Alley tables will open on October 6th!

Our Artist Alley is aimed at dealers with smaller displays or those who only wish to take commissions and then leave their table. You can stay for as much or as little of the Artist Alley slot as you wish.

Unfortunately there weren't really any castles in the Old West, but they had plenty of forts! We expect your venue is a bit more comfy though. 💙

If you are offered a room by someone and you think there is anything suspicious, please email the address below and let the Registration team know as quickly as possible so we can investigate and act to protect our attendees as much as possible.

We recommend that any money transferred between attendees as part of a registration exchange is via a mechanism that provides protection if the arrangement falls through, such as a relevant credit card or PayPal (but not using the "Friends and Family" option).

Only people with residential registrations will be allowed to check in and stay at our partner hotels. Staying overnight in a hotel that you are not registered for is known as ghosting and is a bannable offence, so you must ensure that any exchange is completed via our Reg team.

If you are offered a room at our partner hotels (Crowne Plaza or HGI) and you are not entirely sure, email Registration at the address below to verify before paying. While Scotiacon will not handle any transfer of funds, a room change requires both parties to email the Reg team.

If you have not heard from us about your registration, check to ensure that all fields are completed and, if you applied for a residential registration, that you are paired with a room partner. If you still have issues, please email the address below for assistance.

Hi friends! We are happy to announce that we have now cleared our registration queue. All registrations that were pending have now either been accepted or require further action by attendees to complete. All new registrations now should be processed within 48 hours of submission.

People who have questions: Great, we love questions! Please direct them to the address below and our friendly Registration team will be happy to help you.

People with an Attending Only registration: We are processing these now and expect to clear them in less than two weeks. You'll be hearing from us soon!

Wait, there are rooms left? Yes! The last few rooms in the HGI are available but we expect these to go quickly. The Hilton Garden Inn is our second partner hotel, but it isn't just an overflow. We have use of the function space and are planning to host some events there in 2026.

People who haven't registered yet: You still have the option of an Attending Only registration and arranging your accommodation. But wait! We still have a very small number of rooms left at the HGI which you might be able to claim if you are quick!

Residential attendees who have not had a confirmation: You have been unsuccessful and are now on a waiting list for room cancellations. If you wish to find accommodation elsewhere, log in and update your registration to Attending Only. This will remove you from the waiting list.
