Reddit continues to be a fascinating little anthropological study for me. The most recent installment resulted in a pretty impressive tug of war between up and downvotes (because weehhh there are completely censored boobs)... but traffic to my website is up 200%. 1/

Panel 3: They both look down, apparently acknowledging their now rather different states of undress. Panel 4: Rune turns back towards the door, grinning back at Reyes as she walks away, while he turns a bit red and sheepish at her teasing and his failed attempt at looking tough. Rune: Well, maybe holster that weapon first, hm? Panel 5: Rune opens the door back into the main garage while Reyes turns back to find his clothes, pressing the heel of his palm to his forehead while muttering to himself. Reyes: goddamn fuckin' sonofa... Panel 6: Reyes emerges from the storage closet, pulling on his shirt. Panel 7: Two other faction members are chatting on the main floor - one is a mostly human-looking redhead with glowing red eyes, Rex, and the other is a butch gargoyle, with gray skin, short horns, and a cybernetic right eye and left arm. Reyes is on the catwalk above them, overhearing the discussion. Rex: HAH. Toldja. Pay up. Gargoyle: For fuck's sake... I'll never get her taste... Rex: Hey, I don't 'get' it either, I just know it when I see it. I dunno how she can have such great taste in women but such shit taste in men... Guess 'having good taste' isn't a job requirement, at least. Gargoyle: Not for HER job, anyway. Still think he's a shithead. Rex: Yeah, but he's HER KIND of shithead. Panel 8: Reyes, still up on the catwalk, leans over the railing to yell at the two other faction members, while Rune saunters down the stairs in the foreground. Rex and the gargoyle are laughing. Reyes: Wait a- DID YOU TWO FUCKIN KNOW!?! Rando (off-panel): Know what? Reyes: NOTHING!!! FUCK OFF!

Fun fact: While a lot of the extra characters are just made-up fillers, the redhead here belongs to another friend! Her name is Rex, and while I don't have plans to make her a main character, she may pop up in the bg from time to time.

Panel 4: Reyes’s hands, still tied to the shelf, jerk against the cable binding them, making it creak and stretch. Hard to hear over his growls and moans, though. Panel 5: Rune is on all fours between his legs while he squirms and kicks at the floor reflexively. Clearly, she’s just as good with her mouth as he is with his. Panel 6: Rune pulls back up to the end of his dick again, humming quietly around a very full mouth Panel 7: Reyes is clearly losing his composure, based on the amount of precum he’s producing - enough to escape Rune’s lips and run back down his cock.

Panel 4: Reyes’ fingers dig into the concrete under them, causing it to crack visibly - clearly he had reason to think he should hold back. Panel 5: Reyes’ back is turning into a mess of scratch marks as Rune keeps clawing for purchase on him. Panel 6: He’s so big compared to her that there is a visible bulge in her stomach every time he buries himself in her. Panel 7: Rune’s nails drag down his shoulder, her cries getting louder as they are both clearly beginning to lose their composure. Panel 8: Reyes’ thrusts get shorter and more desperate, the precum leaking from around him in Rune making a sloppy mess between them. Panels 9+10: He gives one last rough thrust to hilt himself in Rune and snarls against her shoulder, baring teeth.

It's a whole mess 😂 I'm not sure how well I'm gonna be able to communicate it within the comic but I'm gonna try.

And we're gonna get more into that as time goes on. Don't get me wrong, there will be more fucking, but Reyes is kind of a flaky dickhead, and Rune is manipulative af and emotionally unstable.
Also... I did say we're dealing with demons here. People *are* gonna get murked in this comic.

I feel like right now by biggest worry is that people are on board for 'Rune and Reyes sexy hijinks time' and while that's *part* of their dynamic, I'm not sure how well people are going to react to the fact that they are, in fact, two very broken people in an even more broken city. 1/

Not exactly - when she gets really emotional her voice does change, but it's not an accent, per se. It just starts to sound... off. Like it's coming from the wrong direction, or more than one direction, or like it's ear-piercingly loud even though her volume hasn't changed. Rune's voice is weird 😂

QRT your OC and their native language/accent!

Believe it or not, Rune is originally from Ireland - she doesn't have the usual accent, though. Most people say her voice sounds musical more than like any particular nationality.

I don't really have definite measurements for most characters other than height, and Rune isn't really based off of anything but vibes 😂 I had a general idea of what I wanted her to look like and just tweaked until she looked 'right' to my brain.
