my favorite person in the world is my mom. One reason my mom is my favorite person is because she is loving. She loves me no matter what. Another reason is she’s nice. She reaches out sometimes like sometimes she gives a little money away to the Children’s Hospital. Finally she’s caring.

Even though she would rather watch screens, she doesn’t usually whine too much when I turn them off to do math practice or read a book. She also has a cursive writing workbook at home.

Happy Thanksgiving. Up at 5 AM to get the turkey started and ended up cooking faster with the turkey ready at 9:30 AM. Michael and Logan made great mashed potatoes. Beth bringing a delicious salad and green bean casserole. Drew’s most important job of carving the turkey. @mrswartz83.bsky.social

Sophie and I had a mommy and me day on Wednesday since I didn’t have the Internet. Baking apple pie, making a cape out of tissue paper, library trip for new books, a tea party, and an epic bubble bath.

Wonderful date night downtown with dinner and ice skating. The last time I went ice-skating was at the Forest Park ice-skating rink back in college well over 20 years ago. I only fell twice and did not get seriously hurt, thank God.
