But if I did for the purposes of protecting women, wouldn't I be more concerned about the massively popular game that is infamous for letting you kill prostitutes, and not a bunch of match 3 games that let you see a naked lady when you beat the level?

At some point, “why didn’t itch just stop selling all games in protest” is even less productive than bootlicking. Itch may not be the bad guy, but expecting them to be the hero is a misreading of the real problem.

I’ve seen folks say that crypto is the solution to payment processor censorship, but I’m skeptical of anything that solves societal problems with technology rather than organizing.
In my experience, if a solution to a big societal problem feels easy, it probably won’t work.
