Curious if that measurement is based on profit or units sold. Spiderman also had the benefit of being on the tail end of excessive scalping behavior. I am curious to see how that being not as bad now effects tmnt.

When I got the email I just ignored it. The cadence is beyond too much. The product line as a whole hasn't been slam dunking as often as it should.

100% the cost of living is insane. Collectibles and gaming as a whole definitely must be taking a hit. Despite that we have seen recent lairs go pretty quickly with some exceptions.

Yeah unfortunately it takes multiple years for wotc to steer the ship. We'd probably need to see multiple failures to get a new direction.

While this isn't a full on bell weather, I think it does indicate that the negative sentiment is manifesting in the sales. Many folks have been claiming its not "that" bad. It probably is. Between price hikes and general disinterest in TMNT, I would be surprised to see any news of sales being ok.

the real world is so funny

Went a few rounds in ranked with him and he's probably my favorite z evolution. I enjoyed Absol, but he has vastly more staying power. Don't run him as a sp. Attacker. The boost isn't worth it. In base form the stats aren't there. The removal of ground typing is an absolute plus in my book.

The absolute maniacs... they got rid of the ground typing. No 4x to ice anymore. Its so fucking fast too. I love what they did with the shiny colors too. Perfect. This is maxed IV and EVs are in hp and attack.

Not sure if @bmkibler.bsky.social was into pokemon prior to this buuuuut.... He might be now. lol
