MiniComi Annual Art Market

DEADLINE: August 12, 2025 at 9PM PDT

Winners will be contacted privately with a code containing two tickets, valid at participating theaters.

MiniComi is an all-ages, free-to-attend local art market organized by the Vancouver Society for the Creation of Independent Art. minicomivancouver.org

Courtesy of Cineplex Pictures, Minicomi will be giving away tickets for the upcoming Shin Godzilla film, coming to theaters August 14, 2025.

I had so much fun vending at @minicomivancouver.org yesterday! I was a little worried that my art wouldn't quite fit in (it was my first time as a vendor at an anime con!), but the attendees were all so kind and made me feel so welcome. I feel so grateful today to everyone who popped by my table 🥹❤️

THANK YOU to everyone who attended Minicomi 2025 yesterday! Clean-up exhaustion got us slacking in making this post sooner... 😅

Both entrances will have queues prior to opening. We may also have queues outside the venue throughout the day for traffic control purposes.

K.D.Burnsy (Uncanny in the Valley Studios) is a queer artist living in the Syilx Okanagan with her cat Edgar. They enjoy bright colours, flowing lines, folklore and mythology mixed with a touch of the macabre.
