Good Saturday morning, my friends. Breaking down large tasks or goals into smaller, daily goals makes them less daunting. And when life gets overwhelming, focus on one step at a time. One thought, one task, one day at a time.

That's such good advice! I wish my axonal TBI didn't make that do difficult. I can write it down and then completely forget about it within a second.

The good thing is that I eventually remember. Sadly, by that time the process doesn't apply. 😆
