I’ve started reading Hero with a Thousand Faces, because I find the hero’s journey fascinating. It’s a wonderful book for both looking at story structure and looking at how much kratom Joseph Campbell could take before flying into the sun.

All our pets had a vet check up today, but Gracie got mad, bit her carrier door, and got her nose stuck. We couldn’t get her loose so we had to haul ass to the vet with her nose in the bars. The vet got her out, but I stg it took a year off my life.
