Additional note: I have issue with the pacing of the quests.
I get that the reason they push the AR unlock quest to be the first one is so that people can unlock it ASAP, but I think it makes the quest afterward have less impact on me.

BUT 1 GEAR PIECE PER WEEK SUCK!
The story: 7/10 everything after the 2rd AR are good but not great. The moment where Prishe tell a young singer about her friend Ulmia is really good though.

The AR itself: 9/10 Fun fight, but i can see why people don't like the BGMs. (I do like it though, but I agree that it could be better.)
The rewards: thanks god the fix how they drop the music sheets. I like the gears and want to cosplay as Zeid...

Kinda hard to explain since it's a very major spoiler, but I think she's a good girl.

Almost die in the last phase, but I won on my first try XD

And don't get me wrong here, the FFXIV remixs/rearranged songs are great, but I'm kinda getting tired of them. (Mostly due to the dungeons' final boss theme in 6.x patch)
Also, I want this alliance raid to feel close to the OG as much as possible, especially for the Shadow Lord fight.

I can see your point, but for me, after listening to the OST from the other games that got FFXIV-fied in the similar manner for so long, it's nice that they keep the OG song for this one.
As someone who haven't play FFXI before, the BGM makes me feel like I'm in FFXI.

Another day, another brainrot moment.
I'm glad that they just use the FFXI's OST as is, and not doing remix/rearranged.
Especially the "Awakening". Gosh, the song is perfect. I used to think that by itself this song is just alright.
But it feels different when I fight Shadow Lord with this as a BGM.

I already heard the cancelation. I just hope that SE wasn't give up about it entirely.

The only thing that I worried about is the FF11 remake.
I really hope it's still a thing that will happen.
I still prefer to play FF14 in my PC since it's hard to start over again, but FF11 is a game that I still haven't try and would be fine to play either the OG or remake.

To clarify, this is more of the "it's finally happening?" since Yoshi-P said it before that one of the big dream of his is for the game to be playable in any devices so yeah I kinda expected this to happen in the future.
To see it finally happen is nice.

One of my favorite pieces of Aced, lunging ahead and casting Fleche as a Red Mage.

I know it's basic, but man the Antiquated Murgleis is such a nice Red Mage weapon. ❤️‍
