You should get maybe 2-4 servings depending on how much you'll eat.

I would recommend frozen mixed veggies over canned mixed due to better tasting, but since you said no fridge. Canned mixed veggies will have to do.

Gotcha for this. Takes around 10 minutes, only need a pot and pan.

2 cups of instant rice
(1:1 water and add in low sodium soy sauce)
1 canned mix veggies
1 canned chickpeas/Garbanzos
(heat up both in pan with preferred seasoning)
fluff rice and throw it in the pan with veggies

1lb ground turkey seasoned with chili powder
10oz rice instant rice
10oz frozen onion and green/red bell pepper mix
15oz canned black beans
10oz of queso quesadilla cheese
Salt for taste
8ct burrito size tortillas

Made and prep some burritos

*half can of black olives

Oh forgot the ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas
1 celery rib
1/2 cup of mayo
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon of salt

Tomato and honey mustard for toppings.
