I'm genuinely starting to think that the people who say they want to see American's really fight back are really saying they want a specific kind of visible, stereotypical depiction of protest, and have zero zero tolerance for the kind of groundwork it takes to make change happen.

It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. Most trans women I know who are non binary are very "only in trusted spaces" about it and there's enormous reasons for that.

Low-key non-binary trans women are the majority of my trans women friends and it's so funny how unaware so many non-trans women tend to be about its prevalence simply because they expect every non-binary trans woman to be a degendered toy for them to project onto and abuse.

They tried this distinction in Silence of the Lambs and it still turned Gen X into a bunch of sleeper agents ready for genocidal transphobic activation in the event that gay marriage was ever passed so I would really rather you didn't do that if it's all the same to you.
