Today's module was an upgrade on my simple App using Block Kit in #Slack & adding interactive buttons.

I also explored the Block Kit Builder which hosts a various templates eg polls which you can tweak with additional sections, actions or even tables & add this your Slack Org.

Today i moved from using Apps to building and deploying a simple App in #Slack using Bolt.

I got it listening to messages, responding, and even adding an interactive button which would be ideal when you want to cut out repetitive tasks and get more work done.

Today's module was the Agentforce for Employee in #Slack.

Whether you have a CRM or using Slack as your Org's collaboration and productivity tool, you can access #Agentforce with the @mention to help with all sorts of tasks using your business data.

Today's quick look module was the Tableau Next in #Slack

If you prefer using a general purpose analytics and Bi platform such as #Tableau you can drop live visual cards to see real time updated values, share visualizations and dashboards in canvases and track conversations all from Slack

Today was about connecting external systems to Slack. Jira is a great example of how through the MuleSoft integration tool, new tickets or case escalations in Jira can instantly be posted in Slack channels.

Aside from other Analytics apps available today's quick look was the CRM Analytics for #Slack.

While mid-chat with your LM suddenly wants numbers, use slash commands to view Salesforce dashboards right into Slack or subscribe & share them in the channels with the team to be prepared.

Today we had a quick look at #Slack Audit Logs UI and how it's beneficial to have a clear trail of what your Org users did, where they did it and at what time they did it.

Security detections, another UI dashboard feature let's you monitor odd logins and anything deemed suspicious.

Ending friday with Identity Management in #Slack

With SSO + SAML you sign in once and Slack confirms your identity and your access.

Today's module configuration & setup was quite something but worth it.
With the right permissions I connected #Salesforce Sales Cloud to #Slack for a two-way sync for real time updates & minimal tab-hopping leading to faster collaborations & automations that free up Sales team's time.

App Governance in #Slack was today's agenda.

Key takeaway: it’s not just about installing apps, but also about managing them smartly and spotting overlapping functionalities.
This can be handled by security & data policies in place to reduce App clutter to ensure Slack efficiency.

Today's Swarming on Cases module got me buzzzed.

It's all about keeping one Agent as the single point of contact & the customer at the centre.
For complex Cases, an Agent pulls in the Experts leading to faster resolutions instead of passing customers from one tier to another.
