chicken and roasted veggies: chicken breasts (I slice them in half if they are really thick): season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. baby potatoes (halved or quartered): toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese veggie of your choice (I usually do carrots): season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you’d like (I usually do garlic and onion powder) oven: 400 degrees. cook veggies fist for about 20 minutes and then add the chicken and leave until done (usually another 20)

this is always my go to recipe because a lot of it is just throwing it in the oven. (sorry it’s not terribly quick but it is a pretty easy and filling meal. im terrible at writing recipes)
