The breakdown in the public discourse is, again, around the concept of agency. Too many people are getting hung up on, "is he a good person" or "should he have been punished" when the center of gravity for the conversation is the situational impact and how the moment evidences systemic conditioning.

Its definitely tricky. The core is high, mid, or low placement almost all center. The high center is for pulling building seekers. Mid for peel, and low to aggro king tower.
