How to gain an hour in your day: Get out of the shower and check the thermostat clock for the time. Gasp at how late it is. Sit down and start working. Look at the computer clock and see that it's an hour earlier and you just didn't reset the timer clock for CST because it's so annoying. Bingo!

For email, I would guess noon hour except that means it's a rolling peak because of time zones. For SMS? Yeesh. Also noon? I give up!
