The GOP is MAGA now. They are not "at odds" with the Constitution. They are nullifying the Constitution. They are actively destroying our institutions. We're in serious trouble.

This would be because the Federal government is currently run by a post-Constitutional regime. Executive has seceded from the Union. Majority in Congress has as well...and the Supreme Court. We'll have to turn to blue States to honor Constitutional protections.
