I need to lower my vid consumption, especially my 'news' intake.
There's so much I want to know about though, so a more academic vid a day should help curb the media cravings.

I do things with vids on, but there are things that I can't do at the same time. Things I should be giving more attention to.
It is far too easy for me to fall into the shopping online while vids are on habit. (Or the moving things around but not actually cleaning/tidying/decluttering... ergh.)
