Aber das Konversionsbehandlungsschutzgesetz von Jens Spahn ist vorsätzlich so formuliert, dass eine juristische Durchsetzung des Verbots nahezu ausgeschlossen ist. Bis heute gab es keine Verurteilung, obwohl zahlreiche Fälle existieren.

Former Tavistock patient, Keira Bell (KB) had sought Judicial Review against Health Sec Wes Streeting and NHS England about decision to allow the prescribing of CSH, despite evidential concerns about safety for children.
