a golden retriever pup sits on some fresh snow beneath a clear blue sky. he’s holding one paw at the bottom left corner of the frame as if he’s taking a selfie. he has on a plaid vest and a dark blue harness, and, it must be said, has a bunch of snow glued to his little black nose. he was measuring with his snout. he’s sticking the tiniest tip of his pink tongue out, either because he’s concentrating or he’s about to lick all the snowflakes off his face.

This is Kai. He is on ski patrol reporting snow levels. According to his measurements, it has snowed. 12/10
