So is the harness thing a contractor? What sort of benefits to they get and are they a full-time employee? I know Faves has like 2 dress shirts and both seem to be very overworked so just wondering what kind of arrangements the harness has. Are they on-call? I need to know because--uh--I would like whatever position they have.
