i feel that "the irrationally angry and screaming persona" image they probably see me as isn't a natural one for me, at least i hope so, but just a fight-or-flight reflex and the emotions i pent up my whole life

i'm too scared to try a calmer way, bc i don't expect them to be understanding enough

i'm prone to imagining how various encounters with people will go, particularly my parents nowadays, bc i see them much more than other people, and it often spirals down to the hell of me screaming and cursing at them for how insensitive and selfish they are. it's really exhausting
