it is so bizarre that the body becomes inured to certain types of pain but new pain is overwhelming. i have a rib that has been dislocated for more than a decade. it is annoying but not rlly outright painful anymore. a rib that doesn’t usually dislocate is out rn & i cannot think straight bc of it

it is so absolutely stupid that a drastic and prolonged drop in temperature that is ultimately minor compared to the rest of the country has got me feeling like i’m in one of the worst flares i’ve had in months

i cancelled the doctor appointments for tomorrow. i am going to attempt to sleep until my body wakes up. i feel like this drastic weather has put my body into an aggressive spin cycle w a load of washers & screws banging around in there too

oh it’s definitely both but which one is worse at any given moment fluctuates! and you’re absolutely right, not being able to temperature regulate is a hellish corner of the triad

yup, removing fragrance absolutely helps. i know korean skincare is the place to be but i also know my skin is going to require research & probably multiple tries so i’m trying to keep it to something i can access easily & in trial sizes

also god why allergies skin reactions it’s all so ridiculous why do bodies do this shit

humidity like a motherfucker for sure but boy will it dehydrate the shit out of you and your skin. i think that’s part of why so many people down here look straight leathery. (that and the SPF!!)

i love a good serum in the evening but i want this as a base layer before skin tint

i think i could probably get away w a serum if i didn’t live in south florida lol. i was just bopping around the product line tho to see what they make! do you use anything else from them?

a serum and a moisturizer are similar but not the same. moisturizers usually have emollients that help create a protective barrier. i’m def looking for a moisturizer

i specifically need a moisturizer with sunscreen, not just a sunscreen. i’ve got the sunscreen part on lock!

i used to use dr jart but i think they also changed some formulations bc my skin started freaking out so i had to stop

alas i have not taken the time to figure out what exactly doesn’t work for me. the only other products i use daily without issue are glossier’s milky jelly face wash and glossier’s perfecting skin tint. i can usually get away with byoma products and SOME products by the ordinary.
