Ben Stump says his grandmother and aunt used to ride the #5 bus nearly every day, just for fun.

Locations for the focus groups include Buffalo, Kenmore and Niagara Falls. If you're selected to be in a focus group, discussions will last approximately 90 minutes, and you will receive a cash stipend in appreciation for your time. 💵

This isn't just about Bailey BRT, but it starts there. BRT aims to offer faster, more frequent service compared to standard bus service, with stations that make for a more comfortable rider experience.

NFTA has partnered with Level 7 Market Research to conduct a series of focus groups to gather input on three new Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) brand concepts. 🚍

The cause is being investigated, and we appreciate our riders’ patience and understanding as our crews work around the clock to restore full service.

Riders are encouraged to check nfta.metro.com, as well as this page, for the latest service updates.

Bus shuttles will continue to run every 20 minutes to assist riders and fill the gap in rail service.

🚨 RAIL SERVICE UPDATE 🚨

🚆 Underground rail service (University to Allen Medical Campus) will resume on Monday at 5:30 a.m. following a temporary rail service suspension caused by an underground mechanical issue on Saturday afternoon.

Metro Rail service will remain suspended until further notice due to a mechanical issue. Bus shuttles are in place to accommodate passengers. Crews are working to restore service as soon as possible.
