Hegseth needs to stand trial after this as a war criminal. Between this attack and the girls' school, there's no ambiguity. He is responsible for mass murder and must be held accountable.

I used to get a KitKat from the vending machine my Technicolor coworkers and I would walk to every afternoon on our break…but I don’t recall sharing.

My dad was going to a Parkinson’s support group and after a while he realized it was making him depressed/upset because all everyone talked about was their medications and difficulties. He and a couple other members quit and would just go get milkshakes together.
(Doesn’t work for PT, sadly.)

My cat had a completely burst spinal disc last year — great trouble walking, I couldn’t afford surgery even if it was the right choice (questionable), and so I rehabbed him at home with medication.

He’s great now.

Steroids, which brought down the swelling/compression helped so much. And time.
