Dry January may be over … but that doesn’t mean now I should go all out with the alcohol. My goal is moderation. I don’t need to drink. So why should I? Be disciplined. Have a purpose. Make smart choices. Don’t go manic. It’s a mental health thing. I can do this.

Field hockey day!! Let’s go Tardevils!

Wednesday was another day of training. The kids worked on passing skills and then got to get their scrimmage on. After training Avery and I took off to explore Borough Market. Then, we met up with the the group at the Natural History Museum. Overall, it was a great day. #COYG

Arsenal Day! We toured Highbury and Emirates Stadium, which never gets old. Getting to go inside the stadium was a true experience. Did a little shopping too, of course bought some things. Then… training time. The kids got to train in the Arsenal Hub to do some scrimmaging. It was a great day. #COYG

All the kids walked over to the park where they were going to be training for the day and were ready to start brining it. Avery in particular held her own and had some great tackling and moves around them. Her defensive skill definitely showed. Today is #Arsenal day #COYG

London, full day one. Took a big bus tour of the city. Even though I’ve been to London a few times and seen the sights… this was a cool way to see the landmarks.
Tomorrow begins training with the Arsenal Development Academy. #COYG

This is hard. Starting over. I'm having trouble finding the content I'm wanting to follow. Maybe it just hasn't migrated over here. I'm also having trouble separating myself from that "other" outlet. Change is hard. Dealing with mental health issues is hard. Not sure where to go with all this. Hmmmm
