Ah so the lights are moving and there’s like a shadow volume that stays in place? I suppose that only works if the light angle doesn’t change?

Ah so they are just animating their intensity in succession to look like motion?

I’m not really sure what I’m looking at here. Are the rectangles in the background casting shadows on (blocking the light from) the light volume? Or am I misunderstanding?
