( 2 ) The problem is that it’s not yielding any results and the situation is worsening. His self-imposed 15-game deadline is up, he asked to be judged at this point.

( 1 ) I’m sure he did. For example, he talks about studying the 101-point season in detail, looking for data trends. I don’t think the hours or research are the issue here, when he says he works day and night trying to fix things, I don’t doubt him.
