Here are the ones I hearted, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Mooncat. Seaside Drive was another favorite.

I just got Blasphemous 2 and Spiderman Remastered on PC so those are maybe next. Also wanted to do the Tomb Raider 1-3 collection.

Oooph. I was going for 900 in BotW but I think I ended up at about 600 (seems like a fun reason to continue the Switch 2 edition some day). I was of course also going for as many as I could in TotK but definitely didn't get as far. Ditto for SW2 rainy day.

It's a creative idea for sure, and also an extremely frustrating one most of the time.

I think I looked at a map extensively after I beat it so that I could plan my cherry run, and to see what was in the areas I couldn't figure out how to get to. The gold was definitely arrived at after tons of trial and error.

Update:

Had to skip this and come back to it like 60 hours in. Got the cherry eventually, but this was definitely the first (literal) difficulty wall I had to climb.

This one is definitely the most half-baked of the collection as far as I can tell. That said, the "SF2" you're looking for is Pilot Quest on the bottom row. It's basically another stab at this idea, but as an idle/clicker game. Start it now if you haven't as it's always working in the background.

Not yet! Definitely gonna gold all the games and then the jury is still out on 100% cherries. Not a huge fan of some of the point requirements for the arcade games (also fuck Kick Club).

I think Mortol was really smart but it annoyed the shit out of me. I'm sure I'll go back to cherry it some day now that I understand it a bit better.

Best game in the whole damn collection.

Also cherried this one. It's decent but not my bag - seems like once you figure out all of the mechanics and prioritize resources it's easy to beat. Pro Tip: on PC you can save scum this game after each level if you have a bad run and don't want to waste time going for six wins in a row.

I was having trouble actually getting into UFO 50 at all until I forced myself to cherry Barbuta. It felt like cheating to keep bopping around to other games while the very first one remained blue. Once that was over the floodgates were open - 16 golds and 5 cherries at 30 hours playtime.
