Homestuck is such a time capsule of its specific era fuelled by the special interests of the person who made it. It's so esoteric and strange and only worked in the weird format it was told in. It never had the mass appeal to fund an animated series and it has even less now.

The Homestuck pilot was fun for someone who read it as a teenager like me, but there's no way in hell this is ever getting picked up for a full series. They did a very poor job selling the concept to a normal person. I refuse to believe any producer will see this and go "sold!"

If you buy the original trilogy and treat them as one long game it comes to around 60 bucks so.
