They (the legal entities) came to an agreement.
However, there is no record of this conversation thst I could find, so the site owner could have been pressured to agree.
I'll wait for the apology letter to see what happened.
So from what I translated from this, the website had content on it that was basically harassment (without any proof) against SE FFXIV employees. It's nothing specific mentioned, but as it reads the site owner agreed to close down the site and apologise. The owner was not forced to do this.
