My others can help you if they have more expires than me. I will though look at your two questions.
I am not sure. I just started playing it. I started on my Argon EON, which is Raspberry Pi 4. Very please how well it played movies that I had ripped.
I have a couple TrueNAS that are of course X86 based. I figured, why not. Plus, I wanted to see how the setup for it was on that platform
Jellyfin just works—simple & solid. Started with Plex, but love how easy the container setup is. Running on OMV & TrueNAS; TrueNAS WebGUI wins for ease, OMV fine with Docker Compose. #selfhosted #homelab
