Busy day from the attic today. Grey Wagtail, Blackcap, 5+ Chiffchaff and 2 Goldcrest around the pond and 12 Whooper Swans and an adult winter Med Gull all south this afternoon.

Swift, Blackcap, Willow Warbler 3 Chiffchaff and 19 Pink-footed Geese from the attic this morning as well as hundreds of Meadow Pipit over.

2 Little Auk north this evening at Whitburn

3 Twite on Jackie's Beach, Whitburn this afternoon.

A short half hour sea watch this afternoon at Whitburn from 2.30 to 3.00 turned up a group of 5 Litlle Auk followed by a group of two. Also single Velvet Scoter all going north.

Little Auk north at Whitburn Obs and landed on Sea 1km out.

Imm Glaucous gull opposite Whitburn Obs this pm.

Snow Bunting on path 200 north of Whitburn Obs

Single whooper swan on field between Lizard Lane and Mill Lane Whitburn.

At Whitburn this pm I also had 2 Tufted Duck, 1 Goldeneye, 2 PB Brent's and 1 DB Brent, 6 Arctic Tern, 2 Med Gulls, 1 Manx and 1 Sooty.

They were.

Adult Med gull on ploughed field beside Whitburn Obs.

2.30 to 4.30 sea watch , Whitburn, 14 Sooty Shearwater, 3 Little Gull, 1 Manx, 9 Arctic Skua 1 Common Scoter, 1 Red-throated Diver plus 1 Jack Snipe and juv Caspian Gull.
