A drawing of Lucifer holding an apple while motioning at it with his apple staff, he's looking delighted/amused at his own joke as he says "An apple a day keeps the DOGMA away!!"
Lucifer is wheezing at his own joke with tears of laughter in his eyes, he's practically glowing with joy and there's little images of apples and white snakes around him to further point towards the joke referencing how he gave humanity the fruit of knowledge. Alastor is standing beside him, watching, his silence depicted with three dots ("...")
Alastor finally breaks his silence and interrupts Lucifer's joy as he speaks, asking "Are you proud of yourself for that one? Was that the highlight of your day? Of your week? Of your sad, pathetic life? Did it cover the pain of being you?" Alastor's words are depicted stabbing Lucifer right in the back, drawing golden angelic blood
Lucifer, now disgruntled that Alastor ruined his attempt at making light of the event that doomed him, wags his apple staff at the Radio Demon as he asks "Why you gotta be like that? I thought you LIKE word-play, Mr. "I'm-the-one-who-named-the-Hazbin-Hotel"!"

A dogma is basically a religions rule book or "truth", so Lucifer's spin on the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is making lighthearted fun of the time he gave humanity the fruit of knowledge

A pencil drawing of Lucifer, wearing his duck onesie, holding a bag of churros with a little pocket for a topping of choice. The text in the speechbubble beside him reads "Oh look! Instead of on the churros directly, the sugar & cinnamon's in a little extra pocket so you can dip as much or as little as you like! That's kinda neat, I guess!"

I went to the amusement park for Halloween tonight as I usually do and had some churros there, this is how that went, felt in-character
