Does anyone else find themselves offering little extras to their clients by accident? I just heard myself say, “yeah, sure, I can design up that lead magnet I’ve just written in Canva!”

Actually - there is something really stressful about conversing on a thread about misspellings and typos! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Too right, it would absolutely affect the quality of the food being served! 😉

I’m physically unable to like or comment on a post on social media if the writer has written ‘your’ instead of ‘you’re’.

Haha! Funnily enough I occasionally ask him to ‘proofread’ less complex blog posts I’m writing and it seems he can ferret out other people’s mistakes from 3 miles away! 😂

Suspect it’s more about learning to take pride in his work enough to apply himself to re-reading. But still…how to motivate… 🤔

Is there any tried & tested way of teaching a 12yo boy to proofread their school work before submitting it? Or is it an entirely lost cause?

I’ve tried every technique I know but it’s just like brain says, ‘nope I’ve already finished!’ 🤦🏻‍♀️
