Ooof! Apparently my body is throwing it's vote for 3rd shift. Went to bed around 12:30am, woke up at 4am and have not been able to get back to sleep. Insomnia is a pain in the ass.

I am so over this timeline...

I seem to have joined the ranks of chronic back pain. MRI found 3 bulging discs in my lumbar region, tho luckily only one being a problem. Got a corticosteroid epidural injection last week which has helped, but mobility is still limited. Continuing Bi-weekly PT, on top of lifestyle changes. Yay...

Welp...To Be Hero X just took me by the throat.

This is why I don't start series that are mid season damnit! I hate waiting for episodes!

I've decided I want to start a feast day. The last Saturday of May shall henceforth be known as the Feast of Saint Taco Bro. Celebrated by a midnight Taco Bell run, & philosophical discussions on anime & religion. In the name of the Taco, the Bro & the Crunchwrap Supreme. Baja be thy blast.

Walked outside and heard the spring peepers singing! Was so excited until I went to drive home and realized it was raining. Springtime frogger edition is the worst!

Today I learned that "pizza burns" is an actual term used in dentistry.

This fact is brought to you by today's dental appointment and my inability to show restraint when confronted with pizza fresh from the oven.

I do weirdly miss the 'someone I met five years ago at a Wendy's is sick, so I have to quarantine,' time from the initial Covid waves. Caring for the plagued (not Covid) today and I don't want to go back to work tomorrow.
