Oh yes.I have heard of it.I do take wild bird photos when hiking,but use my Sibley’s and other books generally to ID.Sometimes I do google. Some photo specimens are not good enough to photo Id. Like if I get caught with just my phone. So then it is photographic memory and description and bad photo🥰
