One of the best moments of Bernie/AOC in Denver. Bernie lifting up AOC. He gave AOC her moment and let her shine…staying in the background, but had her stand right next to him the entire time he spoke. That’s leadership.

DEI aims to promote fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly those from underrepresented or discriminated groups.

It’s about creating a culture of respect and equal opportunity.

If you believe DEI is detrimental, perhaps it’s time for introspection. Why so fragile?

The negative ramifications including increased turnover, operational disruptions, financial implications, decreased morale-ultimately undermine the effectiveness of federal agencies rather than improve them.

With these 2 knuckleheads at the helm, I’m sure it will all go down without a hitch. 🙄
