svn is not something i would say is better than git as a programmer, but also github is just one provider so just switching host is fine, and git is already local too :3

if you peel back the rubber base to get access, you can unscrew some of the screws just a small amount to release the tension pushing down on the button, which isn't a great fix, but solved it enough for me |3

thing i've learned that might help anyone else rocking vive 3.0 trackers:

if the button is getting mushy/doesn't make a click, and the tracker may be occasionally turning off randomly, small cracks that start near the usb port are letting the plastic bend and push down on the power button
