Mina Kimes. Apparently stealing a living.

These people are seriously mentally ill.

That was unreal! Hoping it isn’t AI, but I suspect it is.

helps him quite a bit. Was unlucky not to get an assist when Isak headed over the bar.

Wirtz looked dangerous. It will click for him, I am sure of it.

was a step in the right direction. He played 85 minutes, which is by far the most he’s played so far this season. He also got better as the game went on imo, and started to resemble his normal self.

Salah was more involved, even if nothing came of it. I think having Bradley and Szobo on his side

Some positives from today:

Mama was very good, made a couple saves you’d expect him to make and was beaten by two that I think any keeper would struggle to keep out. His distribution was excellent, on par with Ali’s imo. His throwing especially was impressive.

Macca wasn’t great, but for me it

Swerving this place for today I think. Some absolutely mad shouts on here. You know who you are.

It better be, or it’ll be a barren one.

Fucking hate football

They didn’t create any chances. Scored a screamer and that’s it. We created two decent chances (one of which should really have been scored) and had Kerkez in behind for another that went without even an attempt.

04.10.2025 17:32 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

xG obviously not everything but it was 0.09-0.58 in the first half. They’ve created nearly nothing, and we’ve missed two decent chances and another went without even an attempt on goal (Kerkez’)

We’ll get something from this if we keep going at them and improve even a fraction.

04.10.2025 17:30 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

That was dreadful, but yet again if we even take one of the limited chances available to us in that first 45 it’s 1-1 at worst.

β€’Szobo’s was a sitter, should score.
β€’Kerkez needed to shoot rather than play a weak ball across goal.
β€’Isak needs to get the header on target, pure and simple.

They’re not there on scholarships, are they

03.10.2025 23:38 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Yeah, that is definitely odd.

It’s because someone posted a new reply to that old post, I see it all the time as well. Whereas on xitter, you’d only see the new reply (providing you follow both accounts), on Bluesky they show you the entire thread.

Seems a really down to earth and humble lad as well, I want him to succeed.

02.10.2025 21:05 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

I really think so as well. He’s got quite a lot going for him skill-wise as well as physically, it’d be a real shame if he found his career limited by injury.

02.10.2025 21:05 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Funny to see some that would’ve sold their souls for the transfer window we had, expecting this squad to gel overnight. Would rather throw myself down some uncarpeted stairs than read through all the essays and inquests. Never go full Dendrick.

02.10.2025 18:18 β€” πŸ‘ 4    πŸ” 1    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

That’s good news, I’d heard initially that it was a grade 3 tear which would require surgery. Hopefully a case of weeks rather than months then.

02.10.2025 18:27 β€” πŸ‘ 4    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Terrible news for Jayden Danns, really gutted for the lad. Looks unlikely that he’ll make it at Liverpool now, through no fault of his own.

02.10.2025 16:46 β€” πŸ‘ 7    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

Yep the midfield wasn’t working at all. Feeding on scraps is spot on.

01.10.2025 21:17 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Good thread. Provides some much needed perspective imo.

01.10.2025 02:45 β€” πŸ‘ 4    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

That’s the team I’d go with as well. Can also bring Macca off the bench again and hopefully start building up his fitness and confidence.

01.10.2025 02:44 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

It really is stunning. Being Canadian I am somewhat insulated from it all but at the same time it’s ever-present. Really strange sensation.

01.10.2025 01:14 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

But it was Biden who was a doddering old fool, right?

01.10.2025 00:42 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

And I’d argue the 7 from 7 domestically is more reflective of their quality πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

I’m not so sure. They’re there to be got at, undoubtedly. But they’ve got some talent up top and some shithouses in midfield. Icardi and Osimhen are top class strikers, I have to admit.

Bottled a 2-0 lead at home to Spurs tonight. This is a bigger stage than they’re accustomed to, and I’d bet they don’t often play in an environment like RAMS Park or whatever the hell they call it.

30.09.2025 22:36 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

With the collection of players they have they should by all rights beat both Union and BodΓΈ. Agree that Atletico will turn them over though.
