pretty sure in pure ST whirling is always the better option!

in aoe/m+ orbital can definitely be used. though i still think whirling is better because more frequent CA is too good to lose

people who only play mythic+ think balance is broken (im not denying its amazing for long AOE fights) but its terrible for raid damage and has been since DF

it did lol. kotg was in a horrible state and it was looking like moonkin was about to use EC in the raid which would've been...... not great. the spec already struggles with ST damage and it would've been even worse if it had to use EC on raid bosses lol

best change TWW did for moonkin was adding whirling stars. getting CA/incarn very often feels great

my only issue is i dont see it ever being picked over orbital strike which is sad because i love that talent..... in a perfect world orbital strike would be base kit ;(
