here's one, if u have thin hair it can make it look fuller/add volume& if u (like me) have short hair u can take a layer at a time and cut it individually like in the picture. tbh the diagrams make it look a little more complicated than it is (and then for bangs you just do this but in the front)

understandable, my hair falls out a lot so i keep it short, and it's a little easier to be reckless with how i go about maintaining it

i think side swept bangs would look really good! if you're not comfortable cutting your own hair yet you might be able to ask someone else to add some layers and trim off a Little bit, so it looks fuller. friends of mine have shorter side-swept bangs and they totally rock em
