Been playing the 2009 game again too, I forgot how fun it was. I think the 4v1 online one is pretty fun too but I mostly play with bots bc the matchmaking wasn't very active the last few times I tried🫤 Wish more people played it

Was ghostbusters frozen empire good? I kinda wanna rewatch all the GB movies but I didn't see FE when it came out. I don't hear much about it either

I liked afterlife a lot even tho it was a little too nostalgiabaity at points, idk if frozen empire is much different

I like this npc that looks like he has those stupid analog horror eyes

I like how characters ragdoll when they get hurt in this game it's so silly. Every game should make your character flop around when they take damage

I think Katina was in lylat as well and originally had a unique third faction but I don't remember where it was

The order of the planets during the lylat wars was meant to mirror the map of SF1/2 so fox and the others went through corneria, fortuna, eladard, and venom, that's all I remember lol

I think corneria was actually pretty cold because it was a little further from the sun. Fortuna came before it, so it was warmer

I don't remember if venom was closer or where eladard even was. Macbeth from 64 was combined with eladard. Titania was combined with papetoon and is in a different system

Man I remember making a proper map of the lylat system for my SF au but I can't remember anything about it, I'm like 99% sure I never drew it either

It was mainly based on star fox 1 and 2's maps but it's not like the games where literally every planet was in lylat, some were moved to other systems

Hmm maybe it's time to replay all of my favorite games again to distract myself

I'd like to have some kind of project to keep myself busy for a while, like a comic or something but I never know what to make one about. Feel like I'm just drawing aimlessly and it's not making me feel any better

I started this like a year ago lol I just got kinda burned out and forgot to finish it. I think I worked on this before I actually switched to digital

Most likely won't finish it bc the way I draw has changed too much, like I used to give my characters way bigger heads back then

I just see the au as a little mash up of different elements from the series, So that's why you've got james fighting aparoids, fox and krystal fighting captain shears during the lylat wars, all that stuff

It's fun to draw and think about but I don't think I'd be able to make anything decent from it

I also want an excuse to draw some of the scenes I've had in mind

Oh yknow what I should probably say, each part of the entire outline is kind of a loose adaptation of one of the games, excluding the first half of fox's story before the lylat wars

I think that's why I find that chunk kinda boring

I don't think I did a very good job at describing what certain things looked like and some things (especially the aparoids) look very different bc the au is heavily based on the low poly SNES timeline aesthetic

Idk if the tripod is just blue or if it's from the blue screen but I really like how much it stands out, it looks cool

I think part 2 is lighter in tone until they get stuck on papetoon. Weirdly that chunk of the story was kinda influenced by the second half of FF6 (no spoilers)

Again I don't think it's really important, it just bridges the gap between the aparoids and the lylat wars showing how fox got on papetoon

Alright what do you guys think should I write the next part or not

Pt 2 is fox and the others starting star fox, meeting falco and his crew from that one comic, and then coming back to papetoon as fugitives

It's probably even less in depth/important than this but it's the bridge to the lylat wars

Oh btw I forgot to say, the ship plans that peppy stole just turned out to be fighters that were fully made out of reverse engineered tech, new wolfens way beyond their regular fighters with better g-diffusers and cannons

Those stolen plans ended up being used to make the arwings in the lylat wars

I guess I'll see how people react to this bc it's the part I have a feeling most people will hate. On the small chance that there's any interest in the other parts then I might write updated outlines idk

Isn't meant to be an actual complete story, these are all just events I wanted to figure out beforehand in case I ever needed to make a callback to something.

Some of these things come back and explain/affect stuff that happens in the next few outlines

His stuff before the lylat wars goes on. The lylat wars are only the very end of the story and they were meant to be the only part of this entire outline that was actually made into a comic
