Judge Immergut has now granted a second Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), against the deployment of ANY National Guard (50 states + DC) to Oregon.

This will also be appealed, like yesterday's. The facts on the ground continue to matter to these ongoing legal proceedings.

@tinakotek.bsky.social should be utilizing the national guard to block any sort of entry into Oregon by the California National Guard on orders of Trump.

Think big, and then run for office on that platform. Our government can do so much for us, for all of us, if we send the people who want to serve us to do the work.

I’m in war torn Portland today - the locals appear to be in a daze about the destruction.

People are eating outside, and spending money - clearly they’ve no place to eat, and are gathering supplies for the continued onslaught.
