And the big numbers are annoying I hear you, I dont like things to be literally untouchable, even by a level 1. Which is why I love that they have "without level prof." a simple click away.

Things like this are actually why I can recommend pf2e, I think they did improve on this issue pretty well.

the big numbers are simplified and there are less quirky abilities that need to be referenced. Its still there but its much more user friendly and easier than 1e
