I start my workout with 40 minutes on an elliptical machine, after which I feel like I had my blood pumping. I decided on the stairmaster after the elliptical today in those 10 minutes are making me question my life choices

10 minutes on the stairmaster is a humbling experience.

I made a thing about the Sonicwall exploit underway. partly because I got it wrong on the last DefSec (the SMA100 is EOL, the SMA 100 series is not EOL), and partly to keep refining my OBS studio configuration. This was one take, no editing.

What is really cool about this is that it's a single shot recording through OBS - no editing other than trimming the front and back because I can't seem to hit start and stop at the right times 😂
