It really depends what I’m watching. If I’m watching anything related to religion, I get the strangest alt right ads.

If I am watching a lot of stock content, I get the stupidest alpha man grifts

If I’m watching a lot of anime music videos, I don’t see the extremist messaging.

Self preservation.

He will sue for defamation and remove anyone agency that speaks out about him. So instead they are quoting what someone else said, that way they aren’t accountable for defamation.

That’s such a wonderful policy. If we had that, we wouldn’t be in this situation.

Part of me thinks your social media and news outlet policy really helps slow down the spread.

Hate speech and Nazi’s used to be illegal here too, but a lot changed in the last 10 years. We are highly propagandized, and social media pushes nonstop misinformation. Twitter and meta being the worst

Once I convince my spouse, we are immigrating. We live next to the boarder and visit frequently. I’ve always loved Canada.

We kind of hesitated with the “maple maga” I’ve heard them called. We want to ensure we don’t immigrate, just to experience the same hellscape in a couple years.

Is anyone smart enough to fact check this infographic for me?

It kinda stopped with the millennials, most of them didn’t grow up with 5 min skits being easily accessible…and that was the appeal of SNL.

Gen Z grew up with social media, vine, YouTube, etc…and that accessible media kinda replaced SNL for the younger demographics.

who knows, maybe you’ll find there is a learning curve on both sides.

I know when I left a red state to move into the city, I was rather afraid. It didn’t take long to realize everything I was taught about blue communities was a lie.

Both sides are trapped behind the illusionary truth effect.

If you are finding white liberals are taking in bad information, or incomplete information…start correcting it.

Teach people how to properly consume media and how to fact check. A majority of our nation doesn’t know how, and that’s by design.

Other countries teach school kids how to recognize propaganda, but that isn’t taught in the USA public school. Instead they are taught to take in testimony as fact, and retain testimony.

As a result, we have a nation of people who believe what authoritarian figures, and those with prestige, say.

The USA is a highly propagandized country. A majority of it comes from the goverment, and there are regulations for traditional media.

The problem is, effective regulations weren’t placed on social media platforms. That’s were a wide majority of propaganda is intentionally spread.

All I know, I used to be Republican, and Trump is not a Republican. Trump created his own party, MAGA, and is using the GOP’s platform.

Over the last decade, look at how many republicans have spoken out about Trump. Even Bush refused to endorse him. Multiple high level republicans have spoke out.

That’s the problem with “accurately”.

Some people claim accurate is based in fact, and others claim accurate is based on the victor’s narrative. Sadly those two rarely are the same.

We are discussing your asinine claims that X is doing better than Twitter…I’m only correcting that it is not doing better.

It will only get worse, now that other countries are investigating the claims of election interference on the platform. These countries suspect he also interfered with theirs.

I know reading is difficult, but my information also outlined how it rose 3 billion after the election. That 12 billion is 72% lower than what he bought it for.

We don’t even have the earning after his nazi salute. We’ll get that in a few months. Any signal for recovery will be lost.

Good, it’s now an anti-billboard that musk can’t cleanup. It must kill him seeing the mess, and being unable to order cleanup.

These closed buildings aren’t well maintained, and any supporter will ensure cleanup isn’t a priority.

Then organize something. We already see that protests are getting attention internationally, Tesla sales have drastically dropped internationally, but if you have a better way to do it…organize it.

Don’t call out a problem, without providing a solution.

I’m in the USA, PNW region. Multiple Tesla locations has been vandalized, here’s an image from a couple weeks ago in Seattle.

Teslas are being vandalized here. I see their tires slashed and spray painted. Tesla owners have started removing emblems from the car and begging ppl not to vandalize them.
