Everyone in/around insurance was shocked at the situation.

I filed a report with the insurance commissioner as well per your recommendation after it was adjudicated. They sent bills from 2021 but had policy of not collecting past 2022, so it all just felt wrong.

My account has been zeroed out because it was beyond the date of collection and the only bills sent came 4.5 years later. Took many hours of calls, emails, and digging, but now resolved. Huge relief.

Hey now, Lucy has been a big help. And I wouldn't be the most trustworthy source when it comes to wording and medical billing. I don't know if processing is the correct term; I just know I didn't receive a bill to my knowledge until this year for a service in 2021. I'm still trying to find out more
